Speaking at Summit EMEA 2018 in Dublin

I’ll be in Dublin next week presenting two talks at CRMUG’s Summit EMEA 2018 and I can’t wait!  I was at Summit EMEA in Amsterdam last year and it was a blast. So much good content and great people. This year, I’m presenting a session entitled Getting off the Ground and Staying There: Going Live with Dynamics 365 in Financial Services with Wesleyan Assurance Society on their Dynamics 365 project journey.  I’m an advisor on this project and we’d like to share what we think worked well and what we learned along the way.  I can’t wait to present with my friend and colleague Paul Bevins for the first time! What is CRMUG, and why should you care?

Last Thursday, 13th July, we had another meeting of the UK Dynamics 365 / CRM user group at Microsoft’s offices in Paddington, London.  I’m on the organising committee for the user group so I thought I’d explain what CRMUG is and why I think anyone using Dynamics 365 or Dynamics CRM should get involved. OK, so what is CRMUG? Getting Started with Voice of the Customer

Last week, I had the great pleasure of attending and speaking at CRMUG’s Summit EMEA conference in Amsterdam. One of the talks I did with Simon Whitson was about a Dynamics 365 feature called Voice of the Customer (aka ‘VoC’.)  This is an add-on for Dynamics 365 / CRM that allows you to design and send surveys to your customers from within Dynamics 365.  Survey results come back into Dynamics 365 automatically and can be directly linked to the customer that completed the survey.  You can even embed customer information from Dynamics 365 into survey questions to personalise the surveys you send.
